Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team. The HR Administrator will be responsible for handling various HR-related tasks and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the HR department. The ideal candidate will possess solid knowledge of HR practices, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with day-to-day HR administration and record-keeping
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
• Maintain accurate HR databases and personnel files
• Coordinate training, performance reviews, and compliance documentation
• Provide administrative support to the HR department and management

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management (essential)
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Previous HR administration experience will be an advantage
• MIE portals will also be an advantage but not a requirement.
