Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Back of House Staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of food, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and supporting the overall operations of the restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of food items according to recipes and portion sizes
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen work area
• Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist with receiving and storing food deliveries
• Support the kitchen team in any additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards
• Ability to work well as part of a team and follow instructions from kitchen leadership
• Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a hot and fast-paced kitchen environment
