Scope:
Supports the business in performing the following functions: Preparation of payroll inputs, administration of employee incentive programs, maintenance of personnel records, and the execution of general functions as described herein.
Responsibilities:

07:30 – 16:00 (Monday – Friday). From time to time, it will be required to work outside these hours.
Supports the business in performing the following functions: Preparation of payroll inputs, administration of employee incentive programs, maintenance of personnel records, and the execution of general functions as described herein.
Responsibilities:
- Maintains human resources movement records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
- Administer local and international student appointments, contracts and contract renewals.
- Custodian of all Wellness programs and team building exercises.
- Arrange baseline medical examinations and schedule follow up on following examinations.
- Administer payroll entries through compilation of working hours, overtime, authorised absence, unauthorised absence and reconcile all information before it is sent to the HRM.
- Monitors unemployment claims by reviewing claims; substantiating documentation as required by Department of Labour.
- Arrangement and administration of disciplinary enquiries and other IR activities.
- Maintain HR and disciplinary DB.
- Advertise vacancies on approved platforms.
- Receive and collate applications for vacant positions, arrange interviews, psychometric evaluations, regret unsuccessful applicants and commence on-boarding procedures with successful candidates.

- Previous exposure to HR and payroll systems will be an added advantage
- Previous experience in an HR environment
- Matric Certificate and preferably three years’ experience in a similar position.
- Must have a valid SA driver’s license.
